§ 04 · Multi-folder firm cockpit
Where your accountant works, live
Your folder isn't siloed off: your accountant accesses it from their own cockpit, alongside every other client, without ever mixing your data with another folder's — isolation is guaranteed by the database itself. The same tool that serves your business also serves the firm supporting it.
Consolidated view: status, dunning, deadlines across all clients
Firm fee billing + payment tracking built in
Invite collaborators and clients with per-folder distinct roles
Perfect isolation: impossible to access a folder without invitation

§ 05 · Document OCR
Your invoices enter themselves
Upload a PDF invoice or photo: SynkriaOps extracts amount, counterparty, date and VAT. You validate after visual review, zero black-box.
PDF + image extraction, inline correction in the UI
Full audit trail on every imported document
Tolerant of poor scans (smartphone photos, old faxes)
Expense reports + supplier invoices in one import queue

§ 06 · OHADA financial statements
Your balance sheet, ready in seconds
Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger, Trial Balance, regulatory FEC export. Generated in seconds, even on 100,000+ entries.
The SynkriaOps mobile app is no watered-down web build: wherever you are in the world, you see your business in real time — cash, invoices, stock — and you act on the spot. A quote is created and sent; an invoice goes out as a PDF; nothing gets printed, nothing waits for you to be back at a desk.
Cash flow, unpaid invoices and one-tap client reminders, with the same figures as the web.
Create the quote or invoice from your phone — product catalogue, VAT regime, withholding tax — and send its PDF with no computer or printer.
Genuinely offline-first: the document enters a local queue and syncs on its own when the network returns.
PIN-code and biometric lock — built for phones that change hands.
Native app (iOS and Android) in early access, distributed directly. Not yet published on the stores.

Everything micro-businesses, SMEs, industries and firms ask us before
they get started.
Does SynkriaOps cover the entire OHADA zone?
Yes. The chart of accounts, journals, financial statements and FEC export are compliant with SYSCOHADA revised 2019, the unified standard across the 17 OHADA countries (CEMAC: Cameroon, Chad, Gabon, CAR, Equatorial Guinea, Congo; UEMOA: Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Benin, Togo, Guinea-Bissau; plus Comoros, Guinea, DR Congo). XAF (CEMAC) and XOF (UEMOA) currencies are handled natively.
Is SynkriaOps a fit for micro-businesses (TPE), SMEs (PME) or industries (TPI)?
Yes. The product was designed for all three segments from day one. A 3-person micro-business can start in minutes with the guided wizard, no accounting training required. A 50-person SME accesses advanced modules (analytics, fixed assets, multi-user with roles). An industrial micro-business (TPI) gets the same capabilities as SMEs, plus stock and production-specific features rolling out progressively. Final pricing will be tiered by segment to keep micro-businesses fully accessible.
How is my data isolated from other organisations?
Each organisation lives in a hermetically separate folder, and isolation is guaranteed by the database itself: it is technically impossible to access another organisation's data, even in the case of an application bug. That barrier is enforced at three independent levels, from the application down to the database. Accounting firms get the same level of isolation between each of their client folders.
How do I migrate from Excel or another accounting tool?
SynkriaOps ships with an import wizard (accounting startup) that accepts opening balances per account via Excel. For more complex data (historical entries), our team supports you during onboarding with a dedicated import protocol. Built-in OCR also makes it easy to backfill stacked supplier invoices.
Which banks and Mobile Money operators are supported?
Statement imports (Excel, PDF, CSV) are available for every OHADA bank and every Mobile Money operator: Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Moov Money, etc. Automatic debit/credit detection, operation-fee separation and auto-categorisation work whatever the source. Live connection (real-time API webhooks with Mobile Money operators) is on the roadmap. For now imports are manual but robust.
Does the app work on an unstable internet connection?
SynkriaOps combines two surfaces. On the web, the app is built for degraded connections: browsing and data consultation stay fluid at low bandwidth, and only critical actions (entry validation, PDF rendering) need a brief connection. On mobile, the native SynkriaOps app (document capture, banking, stock, reconciliation) is genuinely offline-first: it keeps a local queue and syncs automatically when the network returns. It currently ships in early access, not yet on the public app stores.
How does the multi-tenant accounting firm feature work?
The firm module lets a single accountant manage many client folders from a unified cockpit, without ever mixing data — isolation between folders is guaranteed by the database. Each folder has its own journals, fiscal years and users. Firm fee billing, client dunning, and firm cash flow are tracked separately from client folders. Folder access requires an explicit invitation.
Is SynkriaOps available in Cameroon?
Yes. Cameroon is our launch market (OHADA Phase 1). The SYSCOHADA chart of accounts is ready, MTN MoMo and Orange Money statement import works, and support answers during Cameroon business hours (GMT+1) for Douala, Yaoundé and the whole country. The regulatory FEC export is available; an automated DGI tax return is planned for 2027. The 16 other OHADA countries are rolling out.
Is SynkriaOps an alternative to Pennylane for SYSCOHADA?
Yes. SynkriaOps adopts the collaborative model that made Pennylane successful (the business records, the accountant validates, in real time) but natively on SYSCOHADA revised 2019, with XAF, XOF and Mobile Money import. Where Pennylane is designed for France and the French GAAP, SynkriaOps is designed for the 17 OHADA countries.
