1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when visiting a website. Cookies can be used to enable site functionality, remember your preferences, or measure audience.

2. Cookies placed by SynkriaOps

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

These cookies are essential for the Service to operate. They cannot be disabled without making the Service unusable.

  • Authentication session: short JWT token (15 min) + refresh token (HttpOnly cookie, 30 days), purpose: keep you logged in during app usage.
  • CSRF protection: cross-site request forgery token (session duration), purpose: security.
  • Language choice: FR or EN preference (1-year duration), purpose: usage convenience.
  • Active tenant: selected Tenant ID (session duration), purpose: multi-Tenant operation.

2.2 Audience measurement cookies (consent required)

To date, SynkriaOps places no audience measurement cookies on public sites (www, help, community, blog) or in the app.synkriaops.com application. Any change on this point will be subject to an update of this Policy and will require your explicit consent via a dedicated banner.

2.3 Marketing cookies (consent required)

No marketing, advertising, or social-network cookies are placed by SynkriaOps. The Service does not integrate any third-party tracking scripts (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight, etc.).

3. Third-party cookies via subprocessors

Some third-party services used as subprocessors (see Privacy Policy) may place their own technical cookies:

  • Cloudflare: technical anti-DDoS protection and CDN routing cookies (essential, contains no personal data).

4. How to manage your cookies?

You can at any time:

  • Block cookies via your browser settings (caution, this may prevent connection to the application);
  • Delete existing cookies via your browser;
  • Use private browsing mode (cookies are deleted on close).
