Stock threshold alerts
A stockout is a lost sale. SynkriaOps watches your quantities and alerts you as soon as a product drops below its threshold — so you order at the right time, neither too early nor too late.
The three thresholds
Section titled “The three thresholds”| Threshold | Role |
|---|---|
| Minimum threshold | Below it, the product is flagged “in alert”. |
| Reorder point | The level that triggers a replenishment, accounting for supplier lead time. |
| Maximum threshold | The quantity not to exceed (capital or space limit). |
Configuring a product’s thresholds
Section titled “Configuring a product’s thresholds”-
Open the product page (stockable good) → Thresholds action.

Where the alerts appear
Section titled “Where the alerts appear”- Stock dashboard — a banner lists the products in alert, sorted by criticality (stockouts first). Click a product to open its page.
- KPIs — the number of references in alert and the number of stockouts are shown at the top of the module.
- Mobile — the stock cockpit shows the same alert banner, sorted by criticality, with direct access to the product concerned.
Acting on an alert
Section titled “Acting on an alert”Faced with a product in alert, two reflexes:
- Replenish — record the supplier order; the stock inbound will bring the product back to green.
- Check — if the alert seems unjustified, an inventory confirms the real quantity and corrects any gap.
