Stores & multi-warehouse
A store is a storage location: warehouse, shop, back room, point of sale. SynkriaOps splits your quantities and their valuation store by store, so you always know where each item is.

The stock keeper
Section titled “The stock keeper”Each store can have a responsible stock keeper. Two ways to set it:
- A system user — they will be able to validate inbound transfers and returns for that store.
- A free-text name — useful when the person in charge has no SynkriaOps account.
Stock split by store
Section titled “Stock split by store”Once your stores are created, a product’s quantity is no longer a single number: it is a breakdown. The product page shows “Where is my stock?” with the quantity and valuation per store.
Invoicing from a specific store
Section titled “Invoicing from a specific store”In multi-store invoicing, each invoice line can carry its own store: you sell the same product from Douala on one line and from Yaoundé on another. A per-line “out of stock” option also lets you invoice without generating a movement (for example for an untracked item).
The store is optional end to end — but if at least one store exists in the company file, it becomes mandatory on entry to guarantee traceability.
